Charles Behn, Class of '57 and past president of the Chaminade Alumni Association, has received the organization's highest award. On November 8, 1980, he was designated the second recipient of the Distinguished Alumnus Award.

 

Vice-president Steve Giffoni made the presentation, citing Behn's selfless dedication and Christian leadership, and enumerating the unprecendented measures accomplished during his term of office.

Behm has been a member of the board almost from its inception. He has served on all its major committees and remains a source of strength and inspiration to all who work with him.

Furtur alumni, in the many years to come, will look back in pride and appreciation to the achievements of this uniquely committed and uncommon man.
