• Print out the White’s Studio Order Form
• Include Payment information or a check made payable to “White’s Studios.”
• Give order form and payment directly to the photographer on day of photo.
• Team Photos are delivered to the school and distributed by the Athletic Department at the Spring Sports Awards Assembly
• Bring your uniform to school and change into it before the scheduled time.
• After changing into your uniform, report to the field with your team.
• Be on time for the picture. No announcements are made to remind you. Check the schedule and know your team’s appointment time.
• Take your Team photo first, then line up to have individual, and buddy photos taken.
• Follow the photographer’s instructions.
• If you are having your pictures at lunch time – make sure you eat lunch!
• After your picture has been taken, change back into your school clothes and return to class.
ATHLETIC TEAM PRACTICES & GAMES – Regular Weekly Practices will be posted following the Spring Coaches Meeting (early February). Practice and games will be posted on the Chaminade Calendar in the Parent Portal (be sure to select the filter for Middle School Athletics. While on the Athletics Calendar, click on “Tryouts/Practices”, “Practices” or the event desired to see detailed information about practice or games. A game schedule/roster with venue directions will be issued to team members once all games have been confirmed and finalized.
MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETIC CALENDAR
To view the events on the Middle School Athletic Calendar, please login in to the Parent Portal. When your at the Parent Portal, click "Calendar". On the left of the screen will be a filter. Please make sure to select MS Athletics.
To view practices or tryouts, simply open click on “Tryouts/Practices” on the day/date desired. You will be able to view all tryouts and practices for the current sports offered during that season.
